How withdrawals work
Identity check, processing time and fees, in plain terms.

Before your first withdrawal
You verify your identity once, before your first withdrawal. In your client portal you upload a valid passport or national ID card, and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) from the last 6 months that shows your name and address. The name must match the name on your account.
We review your documents within 24 hours of upload and email you the result. If they are rejected, we tell you why and you can upload new ones. You can verify early, before you ever need to withdraw, so that your first withdrawal is not delayed.
Requesting a withdrawal
You request a withdrawal in your client portal, to your own wallet, in USDT (TRON), USDC (Ethereum) or BTC. Each request needs:
- verified identity;
- a code from your authenticator app (two-factor authentication), which you turn on once in your client portal;
- a recent login with your password.
Minimum amounts are 5 USD (USDT), 20 USD (USDC) and 50 USD (BTC). You can withdraw up to your balance, limited by the free margin your open positions need. Only one withdrawal can be pending at a time, and the amount is deducted from your balance when you request it.
How long it takes
We review and send every withdrawal within 24 hours of your request and email you the transaction ID. After we send it, the arrival time depends on the blockchain network.
If we need to ask you something first (for example a compliance check under section 4.4 of the Client Agreement), the 24 hours start again when you answer.
Fees
We charge no withdrawal fee. The network fee is paid by you: it is deducted from the amount you receive. BTC is converted at the BTC/USD price at the moment we send it.
If something goes wrong
- If we reject a request, the amount returns to your balance.
- A transfer to a wrong address or network cannot be reversed. Check both before you confirm.
- If your identity cannot be verified, we return the balance only to the wallet the funds came from (Client Agreement, section 2.4).
